"No Glass" Bottles/Containers Policy -

Due to the potential of harm to the cattle operations of these ranches after we leave their private property, CVN70 Reunion 2024 insists that patron attendees and vendors make every effort to eliminate/reduce the use of glass materials on-site. If any glass is broken, it is to be cleaned up immediately and all precautions are taken for the safety of animals and humans alike in its cleanup & removal.

Camp Hosts -

CAMP HOSTS are volunteers who have offered to help us out during the Reunion weekends.  Each campground has a minimum of 2 Camp Hosts, while the bigger campsite Sections may have more.

The role of a Camp Host is to greet patrons, be a source of good information about the Festival and provide basic security.  Camp Hosts have the authority to evict campers and guests from campgrounds if they are violating CVN70 Reunion 2024 rules and guidelines.

Campsite Vouchers -

Campsite vouchers, also called tickets or passes, are sold on a per-site (not per-person) basis.

You must show a campsite voucher when you check in with the Camp Hosts, before you start setting up your site.  You can show this as a hard copy ticket, print at home ticket, (a mobile ticket in your Apple Wallet) or even a picture you took before you left home.

In our "Free-Style" campsites that are "Paid-but-non-reservable", when you arrive, you may show your voucher as well as that of others that you are wanting to camp with and the camp host will assign you sites together.  **Note** that campsites go to the first person who arrives.

**Note** - Any waivers to this policy must be authorized in writing by "Doogie" himself as your host.

Propane Grills -

Propane cooking grills are welcome if fire danger level allows. A minimum of a fire extinguisher AND 5 gallon bucket of water on-hand at all times will be required for propane cooking grills. Open fires and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to extreme local drought!

Shuttle Services (On-Site ADA & "To-Town" buses) -

"Smoking Sponson" Designated Areas -

Due to local drought conditioned dry vegetation, and the dangers of agricultural pasture grass wildfire; Smoking is ONLY authorized in your vehicle and/or designated areas. Cigarette/Cigar butts are to be disposed of in safe containers to avoid wildlife & ranch livestock consuming them after we are gone. If you see anyone disregarding this policy, ask your SHIPMATE to correct themselves!

Wagon-Wheel Group Campsite Formations -

Please respect the boundaries of your site and do not use multiple sites to create Wagon-Wheel formations.  This is per direction of local Fire/EMT resources, to allow room to drive up to every single site in order to facilitate a quick emergency response if needed.

Camp Hosts have been asked to enforce this important safety policy. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

U-Shaped formations are OK as long as there is emergency access on both sides of the vehicle that creates the back side of the “U.”

Potable Water Filling Stations -

CVN70 Reunion 2024 organizers encourage campers to provide their own drinking/cooking water. We are reserving "Water Buffalo" equipment to supplement and/or provide as much water as we can. Please be prepared with your personal jugs/canisters/containers to take water back to your campsite. More information TBA at a later date.

Water Filling Services for RV's & Personal Camping

CVN70 Reunion organizers are currently seeking water truck vendor(s) to meet these needs. Campers will be responsible for any additional delivery or water usage fees. More information TBA at a later date.

Weather -

We would like to remind you that the concert is an outdoor event rain-or-shine.  Please be prepared for warm, sunny days and cool evenings.  Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and warm clothing for the evening hours are advised.
**Note** - This region of Texas has been experiencing Extreme Drought Water Conditions for the past three years...April of 2024 may or may not be any different. Prepare accordingly.

Cloth Wristbands & "VIP Special" Music Festival Credentials-

Your concert ticket is your (cloth) colored wristband. This wristband is required for entry into the concert site and WILL NOT be replaced if cut or damaged in any way.  A $25 will be charged to deactivate a wristband due to it having to be cut off because it is too tight or destroyed inadvertently.

CVN70 Reunion 2024 will be offering limited "VIP Special" opportunities for various reasons during the Two Sessions (Eclipse & After Party) to honor and reward our fellow Crewmates. Those chosen will be issued other wristbands and/or Credentials to enter "VIP Special" areas (Musical Artist Meet & Greet, Premium Seating, Back Stage etc). Some will be "CVN70 Veteran Only" and some may be with a "+ 1 or more" option. Please respect and observe those limited entry areas. Every effort is being made to accommodate as many opportunities for us all to enjoy as possible.
